La dernière chanson composée pour cet album, une berceuse rapidement écrite que je ne pensais pas d'abord inclure... Mais la séance d'enregistrement s'est avérée déterminante : j'ai chanté moins fort et plus près du micro que d'habitude, pour ne pas être entendu par mes colocataires dans la pièce d'à côté, et je n'ai pas refait la prise de guitare (pour la même raison) malgré les bruits de frottements assez prononcés. Au final, j'aime beaucoup ce petit côté intimiste...
This was the last song I made for this album, a quickly written lullaby that I didn't think would be strong enough... But the recording session proved to be crucial : because of my flatmates next door, I sang very low and close to the microphone, and I only recorded the guitar once despite the huge friction noises. And in the end, all of these bring a feel of intimacy that I really like...
