Many years ago, I wrote a song about love although I wasn't in love, and immediately thought it was the best melody of all time. A few days later, I played it again and thought it was the worse thing I had ever written.
Years later, I came upon it in the "old songs" section of my hard drive, this time being really in love. And I thought it was a pretty decent song. So I changed the lyrics a little bit, tried to play it on the piano with several rythm changes, and thought it would make a great opener for this album.
