Le premier refrain contient une référence mythologique célèbre ("you will fly too high, burn your wings and fall forever") qui exprime assez bien l'idée générale des paroles.
This one would be the hardest song I ever recorded. The vocals parts (especially the final harmonies) were so complicated, nothing would sound like I wanted to... At some point I had to reconsider the whole thing, I even changed the melody in the very last steps of the album making. Even today I still wonder if I could have make it better differently, but at least I feel it sounds great like this.
The first chorus refers to a well-known mythologic character ("you will fly too high, burn your wings and fall forver") and pretty much sums up the lyrics of the whole song.
